MLM is honest and their work is of the highest quality. They just installed my new roof, painted my interior, spray washed my exterior and did some gutter work. They added on some extras at no cost. You should definitely use MLM.

I met with several Roofing companies and MLM was very knowledgeable about the products offered on the market. The sales team advised me to go with an Architectural shingle as they have a lifetime warranty.

My roof was damaged in a recent storm. I had no clue who to call. A friend recommended MLM Home Improvement. These guys did not disappoint! They were fast and professional and I’m extremely happy with the finished product!

I just had my roof replaced and can’t recommend MLM highly enough. It started with Chris McCormick, who was super nice and met with me for over an hour to review my roof, attic space (affected by rain water), and then go over plans for a new roof. Finally, on the day of the work, all members of the crew were professional, friendly, and did an awesome job, cleaning up after themselves very well too. These guys really put excellent customer service into practice. Thank you!

I had 5 windows replaced in my living room/dining room. Comparing these windows with others throughout the house , I can see that these are of a much higher quality. All the people I have dealt with, from sales to installation to customer support, have been very pleasant and professional. One screen did not fit quite properly: the installers told me about it and said they would order a new one. I really appreciated their honesty.  A new screen was ordered and promptly installed.

Tyler had come for the final inspection of our windows replacement and I am impressed with the professionalism, courteousness, and respect for our time. They called in advance if they had to cancel due to inclement weather and other reschedulings. MLM is on top of things and we are grateful to have worked with MLM, their quality of work is impeccable and we would love to use them in the future whenever there is a need and we have resources.

I recently had MLM replace my roof. I had a tremendous experience throughout the entire process, from contract to roof replacement. Their team was competent, punctual, respectful and hard working (replaced my roof in one very hot day). And the roof looks fantastic! I highly recommend MLM.

MLM has been lovely to deal with, their communication has been fantastic all through the process of my work. From the person who knocked on my door, to the office staff, everyone has been very accommodating of any questions I have had and gotten back to me promptly. My new roof makes my home look like a completely different house- any less would be unacceptable. I can’t imagine having anyone else handle my projects in the future.
